I’m a licensed massage therapist and Structural Integration practitioner who has been working in the field since 2017.
I graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City, Utah, and later completed 640 hours of advanced training through Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, deepening my understanding of whole-body structure, movement, and function.
My approach to bodywork is shaped not only by my professional training, but also by my own experience with chronic sciatic nerve pain.
After practicing massage therapy for several years, I began experiencing sciatic nerve pain myself. Despite my knowledge and experience as a massage therapist, I struggled to find lasting relief. It wasn’t until I received the Structural Integration 12-Series that I finally experienced significant improvement.
That experience changed the way I understood the body and gave me a deeper appreciation for the relationship between structure, movement, and pain. It also strengthened my commitment to complete the training so I could help others find greater ease in their movement.
Meaningful change comes from looking at and treating the body as a whole, rather than focusing solely on a specific area of pain or tension.
As an avid surfer and snowboarder, I understand firsthand how important mobility, balance, and freedom of movement are to staying active and doing the things I love. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for maintaining a body that feels strong, capable, and adaptable—not only for physical performance, but for enjoying an active and fulfilling life.
I look forward to working with you to create greater ease, awareness, and freedom of movement.
