I am thrilled to be offering Structural Integration therapy to the North Oregon Coast Community at Healthy Hub Massage & Wellness in Gearhart, Oregon.
Structural Integration is a powerful manual therapy. It focuses on easing postural misalignments to address chronic pain, increase range of motion and integrate bodywide movement patterns.
By systematically addressing the neuromyofascial network throughout the body that supports, gives shape to and nourishes all of our muscles, bones, tendons and ligaments, we are able to bring more balance, and ease the tension of the whole system.
This can be truly transformative work.
To receive the full structural integration series takes about 12 appointments, one week apart each.
There is also an option to receive a 3 week structural integration series that is not as in depth.
And of course, there is an option to receive an introductory appointment to see if structural integration is right for you.
